Updates and Sneak Peek

The more I do the more I realize how talented so many of you are..I read my fav blogs-think-that looks awesome..let's give it a try.....and realize it takes time, talent and patience....but once into a project I realize how much I enjoy it and find different ways to do things every time...I just LOVE that!!

I just completed my favorite piece with
Annie Sloan Chalk Paint.....
I am finishing up a post on that this evening to share with you....

I did something I have NEVER done before with this piece..had it appraised prior to working on it...just in case it was worth millions..a girl can dream...right? I will share that process and cost with you also.  It is a late 1800-early 1900 sideboard....It turned out amazing after trying 2 different paint colors, a couple different techniques......and a lot of time and patience....there are those 2 words again..and sadly it is not worth millions...but it is pretty cool!

I also finally finished & hung a chalk board door, hung my herb boxes, that transformed this space from blah...
to WOW-ZA--can't wait to show you those pics.....
Also painted & recovered the four best little folding chairs that will be used for my daughter's baby shower this weekend...So I guess I have been a little busy....Here is a sneak peek of baby shower project fun --can't share those pics until after this weekend..want my daughter to be surprised when she sees all the decorations for the first time...

Baby shower = Fun decorating ideas!!

Taking Friday off this week to get caught up and take final pics of my projects to share with you....Can't wait to see what you think.....Until then--thanks for inspiring and stopping by....
